Easy Chicken Scallopini

This Chicken Scallopini dish is sure to impress. Simple and quick, cutting the time without the taste. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Foster Farms frozen Classic Chicken Patties

  • 1 lb. Linguine

  • 1 lemon

  • 1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup butter cut into cubes

Directions

  • 1) Cook the linguine according to package directions.

    2) Cook the chicken patties in the air fryer for 8 minutes at 380°F.

    3) Make the sauce: to a pan add the juice of 1 lemon and the wine or chicken broth. Let that bubble over medium heat and add the heavy cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    4) Bring to a boil and add the butter. Let the butter melt and the sauce thicken. Drain the linguine and coat in the sauce. Cut the chicken patties into strips and serve over the pasta.

    5) Garnish with extra lemon juice, parsley, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
