Chicken Nugget Wraps

These handheld wraps are simply delicious and easy to take on the go. Perfect for meal prep, snack, or meal.

Ingredients

  • Ingredients (1 Serving)

  • ~ 3 pieces of @fosterfarms chicken nuggets

  • Flour tortilla

  • A bit of baby spinach

  • ⅓ cup mild cheddar cheese shredded


  • Dressing Ingredients (makes about ½ cup)

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill

Directions

  • 1) In a small bowl, make the dressing and set aside.

    2) On a small-med sized pan, melt the cheese on the tortilla and remove from heat.

    3) Add the cooked chicken nuggets on top, then drizzle the dressing, and the baby spinach. Save the rest of the dressing as a dip or for next time.

    4) Slowly fold the wrap from the sides, and then gently roll the wrap tightly as you tuck it in.

    5) Heat the wrap seam facing down to secure the wrap.

    6) Cut the wrap in half, serve, and enjoy!
