1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp 7 spice
2 tsp paprika
1tsp salt
1tsp sumac
1 ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 lemon (juiced)
