Refrigerated Pizza Dough

Chipotle Cream Sauce Storebought or Homemade (1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 Cup Sour Cream, 1/3 Cup Chipotle Sauce or Chipotles in Adobo, 2 tsp Garlic, Salt to taste)

Quesadilla Cheese - Shredded

½ Cup Can Crushed Pineapple

Vegetable Oil

2 Tomatoes (Roma) – Diced

¼ Red Onion – Diced

3 Green Onions – Sliced

Garnishes

Cilantro – Chopped

Directions
- 1. Heat Take Out Al Pastor Diced Chicken according to package instructions
2. Dice red onions, roma tomato, green onion, and cilantro
3. Spread refrigerated dough on oiled sheet pan
4. Preheat oven to pizza dough's instructions
5. If making chipotle sauce from scratch, combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan and heat to a light simmer. If using chipotles in adobo, add to sauce and puree in a blender before heating. Stir well.
6. Spread chipotle cream sauce on spread dough followed by a small amount of crushed pineapple
7. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on your dough followed by Al Pastor Chicken
8. Sprinkle your red onions, tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro
8. Bake until crispy
