Ingredients

Lettuce (approx 1/2-1 head of lettuce)

Corn (approx 1/2-1 can)

Red onion (approx 1/4 of an onion)

Tomato (approx a handful of bite sized tomatoes)

Guac or avocado (approx 1/4 cup)

Chickpeas (approx 1/2 can)

Dressing of choice

Cheese of choice
Directions
- 1. Chop lettuce to desired size.
2. Slice red onion thinly.
3. Top with Al Pastor diced chicken, corn, sliced red onion, chickpeas, tomato, and guac.
4. Pour desired amount of dressing and cheese.
