Directions
- 1. Chop your vegetables into desired size
2. Lay out veggies in rows in a large sheet pan
3. Lay out frozen Al Pastor Diced chicken in a row
4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
5. Top with thinly sliced lemon
6. Bake at 350°F until vegetables are tender
