Ingredients

1 8” Tortilla

¼ cup Ranch Dressing or pizza sauce

2 tbsps. Grated Cheese, jack, cheddar or goat.

¼ cup Bacon, cooked and crumbled

6 cherry Tomatoes, cut in half

¼ of an Avocado, large dice

½ cup Salad Greens
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread ranch dressing or pizza sauce on tortilla.
2. Sprinkle with chicken, cheese, bacon and tomatoes.
3. Transfer to cast iron or baking pan. Bake until crisp and bubbly, approx. 15 minutes.
4. Just before serving; top with avocado and salad greens.
