4 Foster Farms Simply Raised™ Free Range Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 5 oz each)

1 Lemon

1 tablespoons Olive Oil

6 Sandwich Rolls

Tomato Slices
-
Pickles
-
Roasted Peppers

Lettuce

Cajun Spice

½ tsp Pink Salt
-
½ tsp Lemon Pepper

½ tsp Garlic Powder

½ tsp Onion Powder
-
½ tsp Oregano
-
¼ tsp Thyme
-
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper

¼ tsp Smoked Paprika
Directions
- 1. Combine the seasonings and set aside.
2. Cut chicken fillets in half. Brush both sides with oil. Rub Cajun spice over both sides of the chicken.
3. Place the chicken fillets in a bag or container. Cut lemon into slices and place half of them inside. Refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
4. Grill chicken over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until it reaches 165 degrees.
5. Serve immediately. Place on a board with sandwich fixings for a BYO picnic lunch!
