1 teaspoon mild curry powder
2 tablespoons reduced sodium tamari or soy sauce

⅓ cup natural peanut butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon chopped fresh garlic
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

1 tablespoon rice vinegar
¼ cup warm water
