- • 1/2 lb Foster Farms Free Range Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets
- • 1 tbs Vegetable Oil
- • 1 Large Egg
- • 1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- • 1/2 tsp Ranch Powder Seasoning
Honey Mustard Dippin' Sauce
- • 1/4 Cup Full-fat Mayonnaise
- • 2 tsp Yellow Mustard
- • 2 (1 gram) Packets 0g Net Carb Sweetener
- • 1/8 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
In a small bowl, evenly coat chicken with oil.
Arrange coated nuggets on your air fryer's crisper tray, making sure they are not touching. Cook 14 minutes at 400°F. Remove from air fryer. The nuggets should be partially cooked.
Set out 2 small bowls. In one bowl, whisk the egg. In the second bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese with ranch powder seasoning.

Return breaded nuggets to the crisper tray, making sure they are not touching. Cook 5 minutes at 400°F.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients to make the dipping sauce and stir until blended. Divide into 2 small serving bowls.
Remove nuggets from the air fryer, cook chicken to an internal temperature of at least 165°F, and divide between two serving plates. Serve warm with a bowl of dipping sauce on each plate.
