4 homemade or store-bought biscuits

Lettuce

2 tomatoes, slices

For the honey butter:

1 stick of unsalted butter, softened

3 tablespoons honey
-
¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt
Directions
- 1) Cook the chicken according to the packaging directions
2) Make the honey butter by combining all the ingredients in a bowl. Whip the butter until it is light and fluffy. Set aside.
3) Split biscuits in half and spread with honey butter. Place the lettuce, tomato, and chicken patties on each half. Serve with pickle slices or drizzle with honey, if desired. Enjoy!
