  • 1. Melt the butter and garlic in a microwave-safe container.

    2. Open the chicken package and lay out the chicken breasts on a plate.

    3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    4. Squeeze the lemon over the chicken.

    5. Brush the melted butter and garlic. Repeat on the other side.

    6. Allow to sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

    7. Preheat the grill.

    8. Slice the peaches.

    9. Place the chicken on the grill.

    10. Grill for 5 minutes and flip it over. Baste again with the melted garlic butter.

    11. Add the peaches to the grill and grill 3-4 minutes per side.

    12. Check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it is at least 165°F. Always use a meat thermometer to determine the temperature.

    13. Remove the chicken and peaches.

    14. Assemble the burgers adding chicken, peaches, mayo, and lettuce.

    15. Optional, you can also serve the chicken over a salad if you prefer to keep your meal low-carb.
