Ingredients

Foster Farms Fresh & Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets

8 cloves of garlic, minced

3-4 tsp grated ginger
-
2 tsp coriander
-
2 tsp cumin
-
4 tsp turmeric
-
3 tsp garam masala
-
1.5 cups whole milk yogurt
-
1tbsp salt
-
2-3 tbsp butter
-
1 onion
-
¼ cup tomato paste
-
6 cardamom pods
-
1-1.5 tsp red pepper flakes

1 28oz can of whole peeled tomatoes

2 cups heavy cream
Directions
- 1) Combine ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, garam masala
2) Mix yogurt, salt, and half of your spices to your chicken. Marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight
3) Melt butter in a large pan and saute onion, cardamom, red pepper flakes, and tomato paste until onions are soft
4) Add remaining ½ of the spices for about 5 minutes
6) Roughly rush tomatoes with a fork and add to the pan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat simmering until sauce reduces, about 10 minutes
7) Add cream and continue simmering until sauce reduces for about 20 minutes and take off the heat
8) In a separate pan, drizzle oil in pan and saute onions for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken and sear on medium high heat until golden brown on each side. Add tomato paste and ½ of your yogurt marinade, stirring until fully incorporated
9) Combine both pans of ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes until reduced into a thick sauce and chicken is fully cooked (165ºF)
10) Serve with naan, rice, or your desired sides
