1 lb Foster Farms Organic Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 bunch fresh California asparagus
1 pint | cherry tomatoes
½ tsp chili flakes, more or less to taste
2 | 12-inch artisan flatbread pizza crusts
10 large fresh basil leaves
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Pesto Ingredients:
2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
1 large clove garlic (2-3 cloves if they are small)
¼ cup pine nuts, lightly toasted
½ cup olive oil
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
