  • 1. Preheat waffle iron and grease it well.

    2. In a bowl, mix hash browns, 2 eggs, cheddar, green onions, salt, and pepper.

    3. Fold in chopped mini corn dogs.

    4. Press mixture into waffle iron and cook until golden and crispy.

    5. Cut into quarters and serve with zig-zag ketchup/mustard swirl or maple drizzle.
