Ingredients

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup salsa (preferably chunky or roasted)

1/4 cup cotija cheese, crumbled

1 tablespoon lime juice

Pickled red onions

Chili powder (for dusting)
Directions
- 1) Cook the Foster Farms Honey Crunchy Corn Dogs according to the package instructions (baking, air frying, or deep frying).
2) Once cooked, set them aside and keep warm.
3) In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and lime juice. This will be your creamy drizzle.
4) Crumble the cotija cheese and set it aside.
5) Prepare some pickled red onions for an extra tangy touch.
6) On a serving platter or individual plates, arrange the cooked corn dogs.
7) Drizzle the sour cream over the corn dogs.
8) Sprinkle the cotija cheese over the top.
9) Add a spoonful of salsa on top or on the side.
10) Garnish with chopped cilantro and pickled onions.
11) Serve and Enjoy: Serve your Mexican Corn Dogs hot, with a dusting of chili powder.
