Sliders:
12 small Hawaiian slider rolls (Clam shell cut)
1¼ pounds Foster Farms Free Range Simply Raised Chicken Breast Fillets (cut into cubes)
½ cup small, diced pineapple
¼ cup pineapple juice
3 tbsp honey
½ cup Hoisin sauce
¼ cup lemon juice
Asian Broccoli Slaw:
2 bunches of fresh broccoli with stems
1 large carrot rinsed, peeled, trimmed and shredded
½ cup shredded red cabbage
¼ cup julienne red onion
Dressing:
¼ cup low sodium Tamari or Soy sauce
¼ cup Ponzu sauce
2 tbsp thai chili sauce
2 tbsp thai minced green onion
1 tbsp thai fresh minced ginger
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ tsp sesame oil
