Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

These sheet pan chicken fajitas are full of flavor & easy to make. Whether it's for lunch, dinner, snack, or party, they are sure to please.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Foster Farms Free Range Simply Raised Chicken Breast Fillets

  • 1 Onion (sliced)

  • 3 Bell Peppers (sliced)

  • Flour Tortillas

  • Guacamole

  • Salsa

  • Sour Cream

  • Cilantro (for garnish)

  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper,

  • 2-3 tablespoons oil

Directions

  • 1) Set oven to 375 degrees

    2) On a large sheet pan combine thinly sliced chicken, sliced onions, and bell peppers

    3) To it drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of oil

    4) Top with spice mixture and mix well

    5) Place into oven for 25-30 minutes

    6) Prep your garnishes: guacamole, sour cream, salsa, flour tortillas, and chopped cilantro

    7) Load with your favorite toppings/sides
