Chicken Nugget Lunchbox

A delicious lunchbox for a picnic, or your child's trip or lunch. Simple, easy, and delicious. It's sure to be a hit.

Ingredients

  • Riceballs

  • 1 scoop of rice

  • A drizzle of sesame oil

  • Furikake Seasoning to taste


  • Coleslaw

  • Equal parts ketchup and mayonnaise

  • A splash of sesame oil and rice vinegar

  • A pinch of sugar or honey


  • Nuggets

Directions

  • 1) Cook the chicken nuggets for 7 minutes

    2) To make the rice balls, mix rice with a little sesame oil and furikake seasoning and use a rice ball mold to shape them into rounds. If you don't have one, just use clean hands and shape it into rounds.

    3) To pair the nuggets with some coleslaw salad and homemade dressing. Mix equal parts ketchup and mayonnaise, a splash of sesame oil, rice vinegar, a little sugar or honey, and mix. You can either put it right on top of the slaw or pack it separately.

    4) To pack the nuggets, make sure to heat the thermos with hot water first for at least 5 minutes. Then line with a paper liner and place nuggets inside. This should keep the nuggets warm until lunchtime!
