Made With:

Ingredients

  • • 4 Foster Farms Free Range Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets
  • • 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • • 1 Teaspoon Ground Chipotle Chili Pepper
  • • 3/4 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • • 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt (to taste)
  • • 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • • 3 Tablespoons Tequila
  • • 2 Teaspoons honey
  • • 1 Tablespoon Lime Zest, from about 2 limes

Directions

1

Combine all of the ingredients except for the chicken breasts in a quart or 1 gallon bag and squish ingredients together to get a good mix.

2

Add the chicken breasts and rub the marinade into the meat until it is evenly coated. Seal the bag and place it in a container so it protects against possible leakage. You will want to marinate for at least 4 hours to get that flavor soaked in.

3

Preheat your grill on high and grease up the grates with non stick, non flammable cooking spray or with a paper towel and some olive oil.

4

place the chicken breasts on the grill and pour any additional marinade from the bag over the top. Close the cover and grill the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes on the opposite side until the center reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. You'll get those lovely grill marks and delicious, juicy chicken in no time!
