3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chardonnay or other dry white wine
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup frozen peas
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 egg, beaten and mixed with 2 tbsp water
1 sheet premade pie crust
