Made With:

Ingredients

  • • 3/4-1 CupFoster Farms Refrigerated Cooked Chicken
  • • 5 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • • ½ tsp Ground Cumin
  • • ½ tsp Paprika
  • • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • • 1/4 - 1/3 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • • ½-1 Cup Preferred Shredded Cheese + extra for decoration
  • • Puff Pastry canned or homemade
  • • 1 Egg, beat
  • • 2 Olives

Directions

1

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

Combine refrigerated chicken, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, and shredded cheese.

3

Lay triangle shaped puff pastry dough on lined parchment paper. Top with chicken mixture.

4

Lay slightly larger triangle of puff pastry dough on top of chicken mixture and pinch the edges together. Roll the bottom edge of your triangle up to form the brim of the witch hat. Optionally, flip the top point of your pastry dough to create a bent tip witch hat.

5

Bake until golden brown.

6

Spoon a small amount of cheddar cheese or sliced cheese above the brim of the hat to create a cheese ribbon. Bake until just melted.

7

Place a sliced olive circle in the middle of the hat ribbon and let cool before serving.
