Cape Cod Turkey Breast
This delcious Cape Cod turkey recipe not only tastes great, but boasts a variety of healthy vegetables. Prep Time: approx.

1  Foster Farms Turkey Half Breast
1 tablespoon oil

Broth and Seasonings:
2 cans (14 oz.) single-strength chicken broth
1  bay leaf
8  peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon each salt and summer savory

1/2 pound pearl onions, fresh or frozen
4  carrots, peeled and quartered
3  turnips, peeled and quartered
1 pound small new potatoes, cut in half
1/2  head of cabbage, cut in wedges

1. In deep dutch oven, brown turkey breast in hot oil.

2. Add chicken broth and seasonings. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until tender.

3. Add onions, carrots, turnips and potatoes, continue cooking 20 minutes.

4. Add cabbage wedges, cook 10 minutes.

5. Slice breast, serve with vegetables and broth.
