Right to Opt-Out of Sale and Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Company shares/sells the following information:
- For a possible Company tax credit, Company provides the names, social security number, date of birth, hours, wages and employment history to a third-party vendor.
- Employees hired through a welfare to work reimburse program or on the job training reimburse program, Company provides employees’ names, hours worked, and wages provided in order for Company to possibly be reimbursed a percentage of wages paid under the programs.
- Company may be entitled to grants from the State of California for specific hours used to train employees, and if so, name, social security number, and date of birth and provided to third party vendor for this purpose.
