¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
4 cups cooked brown rice
1 cup diced celery
½ cup diced red onion
¼ cup chopped green onion
1 cup diced red bell pepper

3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbls apple cider vinegar
2 tbls honey
2 tbls Dijon Mustard
½ tsp salt
