|1 bag||Foster Farms Grilled Chicken Strips|
|1||large onion, chopped|
|3||garlic cloves, chopped|
|1 Tbsp||ground cumin|
|1 Tbsp||dried oregano|
|2||15-oz cans white beans, drained|
|1||7-oz can diced green chilies|
|½ cup||sour cream|
|2 cups||chicken broth|
|½ cups||fresh cilantro, chopped|
|•||Salt and pepper to taste|
1. Heat oil in a large pot.
2. Add onion, garlic and spices. Sauté 5 minutes.
3. Add Foster Farms Chicken Strips and remaining ingredients.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook 15 minutes.
6. Serve with sour cream and chopped avocado.
Makes 8 cups.
