|12 oz||Foster Farms Oven Roasted Turkey Breast|
|1/2 cup||Thousand Island dressing|
|8 slices||pumpernickel or dark rye bread|
|1 cup||sauerkraut, drained|
|4 slices||Swiss cheese|
1. Heat a grill pan or panini press to medium heat. Spread about a tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing on the top and bottom slices of bread. Pile with turkey, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
2. Close the sandwich and grill, either on the range or in a press, until the bread is crisped and the cheese is melted, about 3 to 5 minutes. Slice in half and enjoy warm!
