|12 oz||Foster Farms Oven Roasted Turkey Breast|
|8 slices||Jalapeno Jack cheese bread|
|4||roasted red bell peppers, sliced|
|4||pearl tomatoes, sliced|
|12||green chiles, sliced|
|1 cup||romaine lettuce, chopped|
|4 slices||pepper jack cheese|
|4 tbsp||cilantro, chopped|
|1 1/2 tbsp||Frank's RedHot (or other wing-friendly) hot sauce|
1. Make the buffalo mayonnaise by whisking together the hot sauce and mayonnaise. Set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 350° F. Spread buffalo mayo across one slice of bread for each sandwich, then pile with 3 ounces of turkey and 1 slice of the cheese. Arrange all the slices, covered or otherwise, on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese has melted and the uncovered bread is toasted, then remove from the oven.
3. Pile on the roasted bell peppers, tomato, green chiles, chopped lettuce, and cilantro. Spread mayonnaise on the remaining slice of bread to top everything off.
