|1 cup||grape tomatoes, cut in half|
|1 tbsp||olive oil|
|•||salt and pepper|
|½ jar||sun-dried tomato Alfredo sauce|
|1 cup||cooked broccoli|
|1 cup||mozzarella cheese|
1. Heat oil in skillet and add tomatoes. Lightly season tomatoes with a little salt and pepper and let them cook down.
2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions and drain. In a separate pan, cook chicken until it reaches an internal temperature 165°F.
3. Add Alfredo sauce to chicken and add tomatoes and broccoli.
4. Combine everything in a large skillet and add mozzarella cheese. Cook at 350°F for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
