1. Cut the Foster Farms Organic Chicken Thin Sliced Breast Fillets into bite-size pieces. Add a bit of olive oil to a pan and sauté until cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165°F. Put to the side.

2. Cook pasta according to package.

3. Add basil, olive oil, garlic and pine nuts to a food processor and pulse until thoroughly mixed. Add Parmesan cheese and pulse a tiny bit more. Add salt and pepper to taste. You MAY need to add a few more pine nuts or olive oil if it's too garlicky for your taste.

4. Mix the pesto with the chicken and serve over pasta.
