|1 lb||Foster Farms Organic Chicken Thin Sliced Breast Fillets|
|1 cup||organic basil|
|1/2 cup||organic olive oil|
|1 clove||organic garlic|
|1 cup||shaved Parmesan|
|¼ cup||pine nuts|
|•||Salt and pepper to taste|
|1 package||dry pasta|
1. Cut the Foster Farms Organic Chicken Thin Sliced Breast Fillets into bite-size pieces. Add a bit of olive oil to a pan and sauté until cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165°F. Put to the side.
2. Cook pasta according to package.
3. Add basil, olive oil, garlic and pine nuts to a food processor and pulse until thoroughly mixed. Add Parmesan cheese and pulse a tiny bit more. Add salt and pepper to taste. You MAY need to add a few more pine nuts or olive oil if it's too garlicky for your taste.
4. Mix the pesto with the chicken and serve over pasta.
