|•||Chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt and pepper (allternately, fajita or Mexican seasoning packet is fine)|

1. Cut the chicken into strips and sauté in a bit of vegetable oil until cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165°F. Remove from pan. Add the onions and green peppers to the pan and sauté until soft. Add chicken back in pan and add fajita seasonings.
3. Put chicken and veggie mixture on dinner rolls; add cheese. Serve with fresh small side salad and enjoy!
