|8||slices baguette, cut on the diagonal 1/4-inch thick|
|1/2 cup||cream cheese|
|1 tbsp||cranberry sauce|
|1 cup||Gruyère cheese grated|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Make the cranberry spread by stirring together the cream cheese and cranberry sauce until fully combined. Spread each baguette slice with the cranberry spread and top with about 1 ounce of turkey.
2. Arrange the bruschetta on a parchment-lined sheet pan and sprinkle generously with Gruyère cheese. Bake the bruschetta in the oven until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
3. Remove the bruschetta from the oven, transfer to a serving plate, and finish with a nice sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy while warm!
