Directions

1. Lay sliced heirloom tomatoes on a chilled plate and top with sliced avocado.

2. Sprinkle a few thin slices of red onion and top with thinly sliced turkey.

3. Drizzle about 1/2 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar glaze.

NOTE: Balsamic vinegar glaze is available in most grocery stores; however, if you are unable to locate it, you can just make your own. Simply take a heavy bottomed saucepot and reduce an amount of balsamic vinegar equal to 2 – 3 times the amount of glaze called for in the recipe until it reaches a syrupy consistency. Allow to cool and use in place of the premade glaze.
