|12 oz||Foster Farms Oven Roasted Turkey Breast|
|4||large spinach tortillas|
|¼ cup||cream cheese, whipped|
|1 tbsp||tomatillo salsa|
|¼ tsp||lime juice|
|4 1/2 tbsp||cilantro, chopped|
|2 cups||pepper jack cheese, shredded|
|1/2 cup||fruit salsa|
1. Make a tomatillo cream cheese by thoroughly mixing together the cream cheese, tomatillo salsa, lime juice, and a 1/2 tablespoon of cilantro.
2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the turkey slices long enough to create grill marks and warm through, about 30 to 40 seconds per side.
3. Briefly heat the tortillas in a toaster over or on the range to warm and lightly toast. Lay out each tortilla and spread with about 1 tablespoon of tomatillo cream cheese. Top with a lettuce leaf and pile on 1/4 of the turkey, cheese, and avocado. Add 2 tablespoons of fruit salsa and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
4. Roll everything together, secure with two toothpicks, and slice in half on an angle. Enjoy!
