|½||red onion, sliced thinly|
|2||celery stalks, diced|
|2 tbsp||Dijon mustard|
|2 cups||Foster Farms Shredded Chicken, thawed|
|•||Pinch of salt and pepper|
|4||cheddar cheese slices|
1. Cut baguette in half. Slice each half open lengthwise. Toast.
2. In a large bowl, mix onion, apple, celery, mustard, mayonnaise, chicken and spices. Combine well.
3. Top each baguette slice with cheese, arugula and chicken mixture, and serve.
