I tried this recipe about 1 month ago. I had found whole chickens on sale and bought several and froze the roasted chicken. When I defrosted and reheated, the chicken was very tasty. I am making it again, and will keep the recipe in mind.

This is soooooo good! Easy and a new family favorite. I follow the recipe exactly and it is a great meal.
