Crispy Chicken Mediterranean Wrap
A quick and healthy meal on the go. Try spinach or sundried tomato wraps for a fun-flavored twist.. Prep Time: approx.  15 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 20 Minutes. Ready in: approx. minutes .
Makes servings.

1/2 cup hummus
2  Foster Farms Panko Crusted Chicken Breasts
4 10-inch whole wheat wraps or tortillas
1/3 cup small-diced tomato (about 1 large Roma tomato)
1/3 cup small-diced cucumber
1/3 cup small-diced bell pepper
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup mixed greens or romaine heart leaves
1/4 cup olive tapenade or chopped, pitted kalamata olives

Preheat oven to 375°F. <br/> <br/> Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for about 16 to 20 minutes, or until breasts reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Flip breasts over halfway through cooking. Slice each breast crosswise into 6 slices. <br/> <br/> Spread wraps evenly with hummus. Mix tapenade, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper and feta in a small bowl. Scatter mixture over hummus. Lay 3 chicken breast strips down center of each wrap and top with greens. <br/> <br/> Roll the wraps, burrito style. Cut each wrap in half for serving.
