Easy Salsa Chicken

Sherry Mixture

1/2 cup dry cooking sherry
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper


6  Foster Farms All Natural Individually Frozen Thighs
1 cup fresh deli salsa

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine sherry, oregano, chili powder, seasoned salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Set aside.

2. Spray medium-sized baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange frozen thighs, skin-side down, in prepared pan.

3. Pour sherry mixture over chicken and cover tightly with foil. Place pan on middle rack of oven and bake 40 minutes. Remove foil and turn thighs. Continue to bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes. Baste several times during cooking process until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. Accompany with fresh salsa.
