Chicken Liver Casserole
Using Foster Farms chicken livers, this recipe delivers great taste with its fresh ingredients. Pair with a green salad for a wholesome meal.. Prep Time: approx.  35 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 25 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 60 minutes .
Makes servings.

1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons red cooking wine

Serve With:

1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons butter or margarine

Chicken Liver Mixture:

1/2 pound Foster Farms Fresh & Natural Chicken Livers

1. Cook rice. Brown livers, mushrooms and onions in butter or margarine.

2. Combine rice, liver, onions, spinach, mushrooms, wine, salt, pepper and cheese. Spoon mixture into a 2-quart casserole.

3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

4. Serve with additional cheese if desired.
