Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches
Using fresh Foster Farms chicken, these hearty barbeque chicken sandwiches are sure to satisfy! You can toast the sandwich rolls for an added crunch.. Prep Time: approx. 20 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 25 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 45 minutes .

Chicken:

2 pounds Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
|
1/4 cup onion, chopped
|
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
|
|
Barbeque Sauce:
|
1/2 cup ketchup
|
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
|
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
|
1 tablespoon brown sugar
|
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
|
1/8 teaspoon pepper
|
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
|
|
Rolls:
|
8 to 10 sandwich rolls, cut in half

Directions
1. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips.
2. In a 4 quart saucepan, in hot oil, cook chicken, onion, and garlic until chicken is no longer pink when cut into. Spoon off excess juice and remove the chicken to a bowl.
3. Heat remaining ingredients, except rolls, to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in chicken, then heat thoroughly. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the mixture into each sandwich roll.
