Pepper Chicken
A wonderful combination of sautéed bell peppers top this delicious dish. Garlic, thyme, and wine intensify the flavor. Prep Time: approx.
   20 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 45 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 65 minutes .

1 package Foster Farms Best of Our Fryer
1 tablespoon oil

Pepper Saute:
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 large green pepper, seeded and cut into strips
1 large red pepper, seeded and cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, pressed

1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
  salt and pepper

1. In a frying pan, brown chicken pieces in oil. Arrange chicken in a baking dish.

2. Drain all but 1 tablespoon oil from frying pan. Saute onion, peppers and garlic in oil until tender-crisp.

3. Spread vegetables over chicken pieces, sprinkle with thyme leaves, season with salt and pepper.

4. Pour wine over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
