1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup tomato, chopped
1 cup jalapeno jack cheese, shredded
1 package Foster Farms Crispy Strips
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 16 oz. romaine, chopped
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, shelled, toasted
1. Heat chicken in oven according to package directions.
2. In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup ranch dressing with 1 cup barbecue sauce. Reserve.
3. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients, then add dressing. Toss until evenly mixed. Slice strips if desired, top salad and serve.
