INGREDIENTS

1 package Foster Farms Turkey Tenders

4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)

1 15 oz can black beans (drained)

1 15 oz can corn (drained)

1 cup tomato (diced)

1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

1/2 cup red onion (diced)

1/4 cup green onion (chopped)

2  avocados (diced)

2  limes

1/2 cup olive oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Pre-Heat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Grill turkey tenders about 15 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and set aside for later use.

3. Mix together all other ingredients in a large both squeezing lime and pouring olive oil over the top and mixing thoroughly.

4. Serve with sliced turkey tender shingled around the salad.
