Chicken Stroganoff
INGREDIENTS
1 package Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Thighs
1 1 lb package egg noodles
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 cup diced white onion
3/4 cup Sherry
1 cup sour cream
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions and set aside for use later.
2. Cup thighs in medium size chunks, season flour with salt and pepper and coat thighs with flour.
3. In a large pot add vegetable oil and cook thigh chunks until golden brown and chicken reaches 180o F. Add minced garlic, sliced mushrooms and diced onions and sauté until mushrooms become golden brown and onions become translucent.
4. Add sherry and let reduce slightly. Add cooked egg noodles and sour cream mix well and cook until hot.
