Chicken Saltimbocca
INGREDIENTS
1 package Foster Farms Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
1 cup all purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup vegetable oil
6 slices prosciutto
6 slices Provolone cheese
6 leaves sage
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
DIRECTIONS
1. Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Season flour with salt and pepper and dredge thin sliced chicken in the flour.
3. Heat oil in a large sauté pan and sear floured chicken in the pan.
4. Place chicken in an oven safe pan and top with prosciutto, provolone, sage and marinara sauce.
5. Place chicken in oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and chicken reaches 160 degrees F.
