  • Place frozen tenders in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet
  • Heat 12-14 minutes or until heated through

Microwave Oven
  • Place 6 - 8 frozen tenders in a center (leave a space in the center) on a microwave safe plate.
  • Microwave uncovered on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
  • Rotate plate 1/2 turn halfway through heating.
  • Let stand 1 minute before serving.
  • Use potholders to remove place from oven.

Deep Fried:
  • Preheat oil to 350°F.
  • Deep fry frozen tenders 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.
