Foster Farms West Coast Chicken Cooking Contest!


Their recipes have been selected from close to 2,000 entries to move on to the finals of the 2010 West Coast Chicken Cooking Contest September 17 at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena, Calif. These Finalists will receive $1,000 and will compete for a $10,000 grand prize (and one-year supply of Foster Farms fresh chicken) in the private Final Contest.

Chosen from a pool of home, amateur and professional chefs, the finalists’ original chicken recipes feature Foster Farms fresh chicken and are inspired by local ingredients as a testament to Foster Farms’ commitment to foods that are fresh, locally-grown and always natural.
